Quick answers

Wind

If the wind is sustained at 25 mph or gusts over 35 mph, we don't put the tent up. We call you, and your deposit moves to any date in the next 12 months, or we refund the tent portion. Rain alone doesn't cancel. Weather rules on the tent page

Driveway

Yes, we can set up on a driveway, patio or lot. We use weighted bases instead of stakes, and it adds $75 to the tent. Grass vs. hard surface

Heaters

They stand outside the tent along the open sides, at least 5 feet from any fabric. Never under it and never inside it. Where the heaters can go

Deposit

A 25 percent non-refundable deposit holds your date. The rest is due the morning we deliver, plus a $100 refundable damage hold on tent orders.
