Here are all of our party rental prices for Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful, Ogden and Salt Lake City, so you can add up a party before you text us. All prices plus Utah sales tax. Every rental is all day.

Plus Utah sales tax. The last column is what the same gear costs on the item prices above. Every package is delivered, set up and picked up by us. Tables and Chairs Only comes in under $150, so delivery in Zone 1 adds $25.

Every fee covers both trips, the drop-off and the pickup.
Deposit, damage hold and tax
A 25 percent non-refundable deposit holds your date, because we turn other people away for that day. The balance is due the morning we deliver. Tent orders carry a $100 refundable damage hold. All prices plus Utah sales tax.
If the weather turns
We don't put the tent up at a sustained 25 mph wind or gusts over 35 mph. If that's the forecast, we call you, and your deposit moves to any date in the next 12 months, or we refund the tent portion. Rain alone doesn't cancel. If lightning is in the forecast, we call you the night before and decide together.
Price questions
How much does it cost to rent a tent for a party?
Our 36 by 16 tent is $375 for the day on grass, delivered, set up and taken down. On a driveway or patio it's $450 with the hard-surface setup. Sidewalls are $25 a panel, or $150 for the full wrap. All plus Utah sales tax.
How much is table and chair rental?
$10 a table and $2 a chair, or $99 for all 5 tables and 30 chairs. In Zone 1, delivery adds $25 unless the order reaches $150.
Are there any other fees?
Only the ones on this page: the delivery fee for your zone, the $75 hard-surface setup if the tent goes on concrete, Utah sales tax, and the $100 refundable damage hold on tent orders.
